Failure to read these shipping terms and conditions of this page does not negate the customer's responsibilities & obligations regarding their order.
At this time, we do not accept international orders, only those that are shipped within Canada.
Order Processing & Shipping Times:
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days on average; please note that this does not include delivery time via Canada Post. Delays may occur if we are backordered or out of stock on an item; if this is the case, we will check back with you as to potential substitutes.
We currently ship once a week (excluding weekends), using the Canada Post service. We offer 3 levels of shipping at different speeds and price points; from Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, and Xpresspost. Orders shipped via Expedited and Xpresspost will receive a tracking number.
Henna Paste Orders:
Any orders containing henna paste MUST be shipped via Expedited or Xpresspost, as it is a perishable product and requires prompt delivery to preserve peak freshness. There are no chemicals or preservatives in our all-natural henna paste. Please be sure to freeze your henna paste immediately upon receipt.
We are not responsible for any henna paste that becomes expired, due to lost or misdirected packages that are a result of customer error, such as from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Delivery Issues:
We cannot be responsible for parcels that are delayed, misdirected or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. (We recommend including a phone number for your parcel label, so that Canada Post can contact you in case of delivery issues.)
Double check the address you provide to us with your order. We require an accurate and full mailing address when shipping an order to you. This must include full street address, any apartment numbers, suites, and the proper postal code.
If we are provided with an inaccurate or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any and all additional shipping charges incurred to return and re-ship your package. Henna Montreal cannot return the package to you, nor can we ship a possible replacement, until the first package has been returned by Canada Post.
Returns or Refunds:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be entirely at our discretion. Items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of some of our products (such as henna paste), we will not accept returns or provide refunds due to "buyer's remorse", if you neglected to open and freeze your henna paste immediately upon receipt, or supplied an incorrect / incomplete shipping address.
You must receive written authorization from us before returning any products. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you send any returned items via insured and tracked postal service.
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned: fresh or frozen henna paste, e-books, any products purchased on sale or discount, individual items that were purchased as part of a kit (the entire kit must be returned). Return shipping fees are not refundable.
* Please note that if there is a mistake on the shipping address due to our own error, we will re-ship your order at our own expense.
